Police are hunting two robbers who kicked, bound and gagged a 68-year-old man during a vicious armed robbery at his country Victoria home. 

It is believed the bandits forced their way into the victim's Gage Street home in Coleraine on Monday, August 12 last year about 9pm. 

During the home invasion, the victim was thrown on the ground, kicked and gagged with tape before being robbed.

The two men, who are described as fair-skinned and in their late 40s to early 50s, threatened the man and left him blindfolded before taking off with the some cash and the victim's bankcard.

The offenders then used the card at an ATM on Whyte Street, Coleraine, before trying two other machines on August 13 on Sturt Street, Ballarat and Station Street, Bayswater, about 8.30am. 

Police have released pictures of two men they wish to speak to.
