Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after two girls were flashed in Preston.
Detectives from the Epping sexual offences and child abuse investigation team said two teenagers were followed by a man in Miller Street about 2am on December 8.
The man exposed himself and made lewd suggestions, before running away when the girls rang police and family members.
He is described as being of European appearance, 60-65 years, 170-175 centimetres, with a solid build and grey facial hair.
He was wearing a black hooded long-sleeved top and blue jeans, looked unkempt and smelt of nicotine.
