Quick thinking on the part of a woman at a bus stop in Melbourne's east may help police find a flasher who was pushing a child in a pram.
Detectives from the transit crime investigation unit are investigating the Valentine's Day incident in Blackburn Road, Doncaster East.
The woman, aged 26, was waiting at the bus stop and noticed the man, aged between 50 and 60, pushing a child in the pram.
The woman, a local resident, noticed the man had exposed himself, a police spokeswoman said. She took a picture of him and got on the bus, which drove off.
The man is described as being of thin build, about 170 centimetres tall, of Asian appearance and was wearing long, dark-coloured pants at the time.
Police have released an image of the man believed to be involved and want to speak to anyone in the area who may have seen the incident, or who knows the man.
Anyone with information is asked to phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
