A baby narrowly avoided serious injury after a car smashed through the garage of a home in Queens Park on Thursday night.
A 23-year-old female driver received minor injuries after she crashed her Ford Futura into the garage of the home in Irene McCormack Way, police spokeswoman Susan Usher said.
The car narrowly missed the front bedroom where a baby was sleeping and SES volunteers and Department of FIre and Emergency Services personnel were forced to secure the structure.
