A 35-year-old man charged with manslaughter following an alleged road rage incident in Perth last month has now been charged with extra offences.
Mark Noormets, a 51-year-old father of four, was killed in the head-on crash at Byford on Perth's southeastern fringe on December 6.
Police said at the time they believed two other men in separate vehicles were involved in a dispute shortly before the crash on the South Western Highway.
A 35-year-old man was charged with manslaughter and on Friday was further charged with unlawful acts with intent to harm, reckless driving and driving under the influence of drugs.
He will reappear in the Perth Magistrates Court on January 10.
Police are still appealing for witnesses to come forward, particularly the driver of a white courier truck who was travelling north on the South Western Highway around the time of the crash.
