Coal dispute risks billions in exports

A standoff over the maintenance of important mining rail line has sparked warnings of a $2 billion hit to next month's Queensland budget and significant damage to the state's coal exports and prompted Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk moving to reassure international steel makers ahead of her trade trip to Japan.
