Our Courses
Capital Nordic Walking prides itself on providing the highest quality tuition in Nordic Walking based on many years of experience, proven programs, delivered by our highly qualified Instructors. Nordic Walking is more technical than most people realize to learn to do well, get the maximum benefits and avoid injuries. We teach the skills sequentially across our 3 x 1 hour session courses. Our courses take account of your health status and challenges and are carefully designed to ensure that you enjoy learning to Nordic Walking, achieve a high level of proficiency, and enjoy maximum benefits.
Nordic Walking for Fitness
This 3 X 1 hour course is for groups of 3 to 5 people who are moderately to very active and who don't have any major health or mobility problems. Please refer to our monthly course schedule for locations, dates, and times.

Nordic Walking for Mobility and Balance
This 3 x 1 hour course is for 2 to 3 people with balance or mobility challenges, pain, or energy deficits who find it difficult to walk easily or far, including people with joint pain, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Chronic Fatigue and people going through treatment for cancer. Course location, dates, and times to be organised at the time of booking.
