Ginninderry residents to spend $1b a year - but no supermarket until 2026

Residents expected to call Ginninderry home are estimated to spend a total of $1 billion a year on shopping once it is completed by about 2054, but the first 3900-odd new residents will not get a supermarket in the area until at least 2026.
