A Camera, Two Kids and a Camel by Annie Griffiths Belt
One of National Geographic's first women photographers, Annie Griffiths Belt has worked on six continents and in more than 100 countries. Known for her warmth, humour, and keen ability to connect with people, Annie is equally at home in a Bedouin tent, an African village, or right here in Sydney Harbour, where she shot the millennium cover story for National Geographic. Annie is one of three National Geographic photo journalists bringing their awe inspiring stories to the Opera House, as part of the first series of National Geographic Live events ever in Australia. A Camera, Two Kids and a Camel, Annie Griffiths Belt will talk about her career as a photographer at the Opera Theatre, Sydney Opera House on Sunday November 18.
