AT 6.45pm, it said, "Cancellation Severe Thunderstorm Warning for people in South Coast, Central Tablelands, Southern Tablelands, Central West Slopes and Plains, South West Slopes, Snowy Mountains and Australian Capital Territory Forecast Districts."
The State Emergency Service advised that people should still be careful:
- Keep clear of fallen power lines.
- Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
- Don't walk, ride your bike or drive through flood water.
