Your new company
Become an integral part of the organisation by assisting the administrative team and communicating with the internal & external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a large organisation within Ballarat delivering quality customer service and ensuring accurate data entry at all times. You will quickly become a valued member of the team by providing assistance during a busy time.

Your new role
Play a vital part of the organisations ability to engage and communicate with their community. You will be the first point of contact for both internal & external visitors and will play an integral part to the organisations commitment to sustaining a welcoming community.
Some of your key duties will include:

  • Welcoming visitors
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a timely, targeted and professional manner
  • Organising interviews
  • Ensuring accurate entry of information and data reporting
  • Sorting & distributing incoming mail
  • Generating reports and correspondence as required
  • Providing back up support to other staff in the Administration team

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in data entry or an administration position
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and to tight timeframes
  • Qualification in business or administration is desirable but not essential.
