Optimal Reality is Deloitte’s advanced Digital Twin platform. We help organisations in asset intensive industries to use data and digital technologies to visualise, understand, control and optimise their network based operations in real time. We want to improve the way Australians live, work and move.
Obsessed with speed, and grounded in Formula One thinking, we have a clear focus on finding new and better ways of ingesting, processing, and predicting, live data to create smarter cities through digital twins of transport networks, new energy systems and across supply chains - building applications to help operational staff to improve their ability to collaborate, and make the best decisions to optimally control the network.

What will your typical day look like?
The OR platform has been proven in mission critical operations, and we have a strong pipeline of demand. We are looking for people across all levels from Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager level to join us to scale out our solution offering, and to bring new ideas and innovation to the platform.
Working with this team you will help us to find new ways of modelling networks simulating network behaviour in real time and using data science and ml; all delivered through lightweight, zero-install web-apps designed by some of the best UX/UI people in the business.
