Healthscope's Business Process Team are responsible for providing support and training to all hospital staff in relation to non-clinical processes and are focused on creating efficiencies through implementation of Best Practice and continual process improvement and innovation.
Our Business Process Team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to work within their team as a Business Process Manager.
As Business Process Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Identify process improvements and strategies for best practice across the business
- Develop innovative approaches to solving issues
- Provide support and training across all hospital teams
- Ensure efficient and effective workflow processes are maintained to meet corporate Key Performance Indicators
- Engage with key stakeholders across the business
- Provide exceptional customer service
Selection Criteria:
- Healthcare experience within a hospital management position
- Knowledge of webPAS patient management system
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to drive outcomes
- Knowledge of Private Health Fund contracts and claiming process
- Ability to function effectively in a multi-disciplinary team as well as independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills to deliver outcomes within required timeframes
- Excellent computer literacy skills including Microsoft Visio, Excel and Powerpoint
- Process Management software experience advantageous
