This Federal Government Department based in Sydney’s CBD is seeking multiple Case Managers to assist in supporting aged care providers and the Australian community in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Your new role
As an APS6 Case Manager you will be responsible for providing a tailored coordinated response to assist aged care providers in ensuring the highest quality care for their residents and staff. As their point of contact you’ll connect them to timely and accurate information, provide extensive support and help problem solve.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be highly client-focused and have a good judgement for assessing risk. You’ll possess excellent case management and problem-solving skills as well as be able to manage competing priorities. Case Managers will be employed on a full-time basis but will be required to have availability across 7 days, should rostering arrangements be implemented. It is a requirement that you are an Australian citizen.
What you'll get in return
These are fixed-term contracts paying an annual salary of $86,790 + 15.4% super. These roles are to commence ASAP until 30th June 2022 and will be conducted remotely with initial online training provided. The standard bandwidth of hours are 7am – 7pm. Any hours of work outside of this will be subject to overtime provisions.
