Commis Chef

GOMA Restaurant is currently looking for an exceptionally talented Commis Chef to join our award winning venue.

• Brisbane Inner City
• $31.23 per hour

Our ideal candidate will possess a genuine excitement and passion for the industry, and the desire to build on an established career with an internationally recognised Art Gallery. Above all, you will be professional, positive, and curious about everything that goes on in our wonderful industry.

You will need the following:

• Experience working in fine dining (Hatted, Michelin star, or equivalent)
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Excellent food knowledge
• A desire to perform at the highest level
• A passion to learn and contribute to the success of the team
