Role requirements Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be highly regarded. Experience with data engineering methodologies and tools would be viewed favourably. Experience with CHRISP-DM, Team Data Science Process (TDSP) or other data science methodologies would be viewed favourably. Research experience would be viewed favourably. The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following: Experience in performing business or data analysis activities within IM/ICT program/project(s), preferably in the health care industry. Experience in data mining and knowledge discovery methodologies and experience in data engineering. Knowledge in, and an ability to provide specialist authoritative counsel, advice and recommendations on, the application of appropriate data science techniques, methodologies and tools. Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders. Proven negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a project environment. Proven ability to provide active leadership and collaborate across multiple health teams with internal and external stakeholders to support effective business change and deliver data-driven solutions, including experience in supervising, mentoring or managing. Proven ability to contribute to complex strategic planning and application across multiple speciality areas and multiple service sites would be desirable.
