Due to massive growth, they are seeking an energetic, passionate, and forward-thinking Digital Sales Specialist to join their team in Perth.

Your new role

As Digital Sales Specialist, you will be home, office and field based, visiting both new and existing clients across Metro and Regional areas. You will be responsible for growth, education, retention, and customer service, providing SaaS products that drive excellence in user experience within the health, fitness and leisure sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales and profitability target across the digital product portfolio
  • Managing your own time to optimise business development activity
  • Developing sales pipelines and target client strategies
  • Liaising with leadership levels in a multi-tier sales process involving a mixture of technical and commercial negotiations
  • Planning and supporting the installation and implementation of digital solutions
  • Supporting clients with e-learning, live education, and tutoring, to guarantee highest usage of digital solutions and maximize active users
  • Building best practices based on successful real customer case history to continually improve the value of digital solutions and customer experience
  • Providing reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management
  • Promoting and planning initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction

  • Experience in solution-based sales and business development
