Your new role
This unique Education leader role offers extra time in the office so that you can focus on developing the curriculum and create a top quality program for the children.
On average you will spend 3 days in the office researching new initiatives and working on the Quality Area 1, then 2 days out of ratio on the floor so that you understand the needs of each classroom. You will mentor the staff and support them in implementing new initiatives or strategies to further support children.

You will also work collaboratively with the Director and support with office admin/ compliance/ rostering as Assistant director.

What you'll need to succeed

• ECT qualification
• Experience mentoring and supporting staff
• A passion for curriculum development through research
• The ability to work full time in Camperdown
