EL2 HR Director

Your new company works in partnership to deliver strategic and operational workforce services that enable organisational capability. With a particular focus on Capability, Planning and Change to support the department in reaching their complex agenda.

Your new role
As the Director you will be responsible for working across division to understand resourcing requirements to support the development of talent attraction programs, drive recruitment activities along side the recruitment team and develop workforce planning advice and strategies. Your duties will include a variety inclusive of but not limited to;

• Providing high-level strategic advice and policy direction on HR issues
• Overseeing HR policies, programs, and procedures are aligning to divisional priorities and objectives
• Conduct extensive effective and collaborative stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally
• Leading the implementation of best practice approaches to develop capabilities and increase operational effectiveness
• Providing regular reporting and strategic advice to executive leadership team

What you'll need to succeed
Along with your experience working in a senior HR position, you will have a high level of initiative, judgement, and leadership skills. In addition to this you will also have:

• Ability to provide high level advice on complex matters to senior stakeholders
• Manage and prioritise large volumes of work and contribute to process improvements
• High level decision making skills and ability to solve complex issues
• Be collaborative and high level interpersonal skills in managing diverse stakeholders
• Exceptional leadership skills and experience
