With the new year bringing in a heavy workload in the construction industry, Hays has now partnered with a Melbourne based Earthmoving company who are looking for experienced operators. This company has been operating for over 25 years and pride themselves on quality, safety and a strong team environment.
They are looking to add a new member to the team on an ongoing basis and will provide benefits such as overtime, penalties and a travel allowance.
Your new role
You will be required to operate a 40tonne Excavator on a subdivision site, performing earth moving duties such as rock breaking, loading trucks and moving dirt. This is site has a standard for high productivity, so it is expected of you to work efficiently and safely to ensure work is completed to merit
What you'll need to succeed
- Confidence working on large machinery
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on excavators
- Experience in Civil Construction, Quarries or Mining
- White Card
- Own Transport
- Other relevant tickets would be beneficial – moxy, dozer, skid steer, grader
