Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated person who will support the development and structure of our External Service department as well as the company overall. This role is based at our Bunbury branch and will suit a dynamic professional who is able to support and grow even stronger in the future.

Tasks:

• Troubleshooting and fault finding
• Measuring, servicing, installing, repairing, and testing equipment’s
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Documenting and recording service reports
• Consulting with and giving technical advice to customers
• Promote sales
• Preparing and handling service quotations

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Mechanical / Hydraulic fitter or equivalent tradesman Certificate
• Experience in workshop based hydraulic service work.
• Competent level of hydraulic knowledge
• High focus on quality & attention to detail
• Analytical/problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Can work unsupervised
• Experience in repair on mobile and fixed plant equipment
