Due to increased business demand they require a number of graduates and entry level banking officers who are looking to start their career with a leading Big 4 Bank in Retail Operations.

Your new role
As a Graduate/Entry Level Banking Officer you will be;

• Working in a processing-based position
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to client accounts
• Completing varied tasks in relation to client loan applications, including maintenance as well as processing new applications
• Following up on outstanding documentation or information needed
• Completing any reporting or administrative work required

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have;

• Completed a related degree to Banking, or coming to the end of your studies
• If you do not have a related degree, you will have Financial Services Experience
• An understanding of general Banking products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy skills

What you'll get in return

• A positing working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, a minimum of 38hrs a week.
• A temporary position with the chance to move into a permanent role, pending performance

• A competitive rate between $29-32/hr + Super, pending experience
• A position based in the Sydney CBD, working in office and WFH once 6mths of training
