If these sounds like you, keep reading! We are seeking a Ground Support Crew member to join our close knit team. Working in the agricultural aviation sector, our primary work is agriculture from helicopters. However you will get to experience other types of aerial work operations, including firefighting, lifting work and power line patrols.
This job requires;
- someone who is physically fit, it is fast paced work and does involve some heavy lifting.
- someone who is mentally fit and keen to learn new skills.
- someone who is able to travel away from home for up to a week – ten days at a time. We cover a large area between NSW and Victoria and are always at the mercy of the weather gods.
- someone who likes being outside and is happy to engage with farmers and customers daily.
- someone who has some agricultural background or knowledge is always a great start.
- basic mechanical knowledge and respect for the equipment.
- someone who has a current MR licence would be an advantage, or the ability to obtain one.
