Job Description

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for

• The full employee life-cycle, including grievances and advisory for your client group
• Managing policies and process changes and updates across the client group
• Working on improving processes in recruitment and onboarding
• Managing difficult conversations and advising stakeholders on best solutions
• With the knowledge and understanding of legislation and fair work to support your decisions
• Building a trusting relationship with your stakeholders
• Involvement in the wider HR function projects and initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Worked within a similar level HR Advisory position within professional services
• Have the relevant tertiary qualifications
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust
• Experienced within end to end HR employee life-cycle
• The ability to have difficult conversations, advise and coach Managers on grievances
• Strong understanding of HR legislation and follow best practises
• Have the drive to keep growing your skills and want to progress
