Job Description
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for
- The full employee life-cycle, including grievances and advisory for your client group
- Managing policies and process changes and updates across the client group
- Working on improving processes in recruitment and onboarding
- Managing difficult conversations and advising stakeholders on best solutions
- With the knowledge and understanding of legislation and fair work to support your decisions
- Building a trusting relationship with your stakeholders
- Involvement in the wider HR function projects and initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Worked within a similar level HR Advisory position within professional services
- Have the relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust
- Experienced within end to end HR employee life-cycle
- The ability to have difficult conversations, advise and coach Managers on grievances
- Strong understanding of HR legislation and follow best practises
- Have the drive to keep growing your skills and want to progress
