Your new organisation is a global provider of sustainable solutions within the industrial engineering industry. Exciting changes within the organisation have led to an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team in a 6-month, potentially on-going opportunity.
Your new role
Reporting into the HR Manager, your new role will see you collaborate and partner with various stakeholders within the organisation, to provide informed professional and efficient support. A truly generalist role, it will see your involvement in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, end-to-end employee lifecycle, workforce planning and retention, process implementation and optimisation, ER/IR, and much more.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have previous Business Partnering experience where you’ve played a key role in strategic planning and development, as well as day-to-day HR tasks. You will be highly proactive, willing to take initiative and driven to provide ultimate partnering and support to the wider business. True generalist experience is required, as this role will have you involved in all areas of the HR function.

In return, you’ll work in a well-known organisation in the industrial engineering space, working with a motivated team and an experienced manager. While this is a contract opportunity, the possibility of becoming an ongoing position is available to the right person. You’ll be offered a salary of $100k-$110k + super.
