Job Description

• Business Partnership/Employee Relations- Operate as a business partner with client groups. Provide advice in Employee Relations and in handling employee activities, concerns and complaints.
• Talent Acquisition and Management - To coordinate an effective and efficient recruiting process.
• Performance Management and Organizational Development - Effectively Implement the performance management process to drive continuous improvement, as well as employee development and growth.
• Training & Development - Based on feedback from BP's initiate training and development plans
• Compensation and Benefits Administration - Provide job analysis and position description recommendations
• Other HR Support- Lead Continuous improvement, project management, HR analytics, metrics and reporting, administration

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in a Business related field
• Master's in Human Resources/Industrial & Labour Relations preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR generalist experience. 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/ state/local employment laws/regulations
• Employee Relations: conflict resolution, problem solving, counselling, facilitation
• Partnership skills: coaching, influencing, problem solving, consulting
• Leadership experience and business acumen
• Knowledge of sound HR practices in areas of employment, compensation, benefit design and administration.
• Business skills: business writing, computer/information systems, presentation skills
