Your new company
This is an excellent opportunity to be a true partner/HR Manager of a world class not-for-profit organisation working in a small team with a salary of $140,000+Super Based in Sydney inner city and is a permanent position. This organisation prides itself on their collaborative and inclusive culture, and contribution to improving the lives of others.

Your new role
You will be primarily responsible for meeting people and culture deliverables, providing HR advice and IR advice to people managers and employees. You’ll work with the leadership team to implement strategic business plans. Key responsibilities will be:

Coordinate all strategic and operational aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development and compensation and benefits. Management of two staff Develop partnerships with client groups that promote a high-performance culture and build employee engagement Plan, develop and deliver value add initiatives that contribute to the achievement of the HR strategic plan Act as a trusted advisor on all people related matters by providing coaching, guidance, advice and assistance to managers and employees on HR issues and initiatives Coach, mentor and develop managers in enhancing their people management skills Identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes, procedures and policies Participate in a range of HR projects

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate should have strong knowledge of all general functions in HR. Previous experience working within a standalone position will also be advantageous and experience working in the health care sector. You will need to be confident in employee relation cases and strong stakeholder customer service. Strong communication and negotiation skills. A team player with an exceptional work ethic who has demonstrated skills in collaboration. Experience in the non for-profit sector would be highly beneficial but not essential.
