Maintenance Person (Non-Trade Qualified)

About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Person to join our team at Riverina Gums Retirement Village on a casual basis. You will be responsible for providing all general repairs and maintenance services across the village. Your duties will include:

• Attending to all reactive and preventative maintenance across the village
• Coordinating trades and services to ensure the management of repairs occurs in a timely manner
• Maintaining buildings, plant, equipment, gardens and grounds
• Working with our residents with a professional and courteous manner
• Cleaning vacant units to a sales presentation standard

About you

• Previous experience working in a similar role maintenance or labourer style role
• Energetic, friendly with the ability to communicate effectively with the village team and residents as required
• A current First Aid Certificate and a current CPR
• A full unrestricted drivers licence
• A valid National Police Check
