AECOM’s Ports & Marine Group successful and rapid growth has created an opportunity for a Marine Structural Engineer to join the talented team based in the heart of Perth’s CBD. Our Ports & Marine division are a highly specialised team of professionals that provide unique project scope and abilities within the national Civil & infrastructure business. This role will have you involved in specialised marine projects partnering with major blue-chip clients across the country and you will play a significant part in contributing to the first-class delivery of marine structure projects.
Working in a global organisation with industry specialists, you will have exposure to a wide range of projects that AECOM continue to be awarded. Our keen focus on enabling digital capability and the collaborative nature of our organisation will enable you to have the opportunity to not only work on local projects, but also contribute to projects across throughout WA and across the country.
In order to continue to grow and strengthen our team, your strong technical capability will be drawn upon to assist on various projects and you will be able to draw upon and learn from creative and experienced engineers in a consultancy environment.
Solid experience in structural engineering in marine structures such as
Wharf and Jetty design
Demonstrated past experience in producing structural steel and reinforced concrete project design
Proficient in SpaceGass modelling
Consulting experience highly regarded
Strong focus on quality and adheres with system process requirements.
Strong team focus, willing to support other team members.
Recognised qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or equivalent).
Advanced AutoCAD experience; (3D modelling experience advantageous)
Advanced Microstation experience; (3D modelling experience advantageous)
Revit experience advantageous but not essential.
