Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Customer Analytics, Marketing Analyst is responsible for the preparation of ongoing customer and loyalty reporting and analysis. This includes but not limited to reporting on business and customer segmentation performance, adhoc and program campaign performance reporting and overall customer trends, to ensure continued measurement of all customer KPI's. Undertaking timely reviews of marketing campaigns and providing insights and making recommendations to ensure revenue and contribution is maximised for future initiatives.
