Marketing Coordinator

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Based in Adelaide, the Marketing Coordinator will be reporting to the Product Manager and working closely with and supporting the Sales & Marketing group on a range of different marketing tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, and support the integration of the company’s online presence, including website, intranet and any other digital marketing channels
• Assisting the Sales & Marketing team with any administrative tasks when needed
• Event coordination
• Support the delivery of customer communications to drive engagement and loyalty
• Manage customer feedback
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
• Provide new and innovative ideas for developing marketing strategies
• Ensure the Marketing SOP’s and policies and procedures are up to date and accurate
• Manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines
• Updating internal and external documentation and marketing collateral.

About your experience

To be successful in the role the ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
• Effective relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Sound organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Sound understanding of digital platforms and their integration
• Skills in website and digital platform development and maintenance
• Proven experience using Adobe Creative suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
