Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be an HR Advisor and join a busy and friendly HR team of five. You will be responsible for all day to day HR queries and HR advice provision for the employees across the country this will be via phone, email and face to face in head office. You will provide advice on HR policies, ER issues, award and legislation queries. You will take initial conversations on performance management. In addition a key part of your role with WHS issues so you will be responsible for providing information and managing workers compensation claims, Safety queries and issues and RTW management.
What you'll need to succeed
Are you an HR Coordinator who loves WHS/RTW work? Do you have up to three years HR experience and are seeking a step up to that next HR Advisor level? Then this role could be for you. You must have experienced as an HR Generalist but also good working knowledge and experience of WHS to be considered for this hybrid role.
