Your new company
A fast growing organisation within the technology industry are seeking a high functioning, multitalented Personal Assistant. Based in Murarrie and have a fantastic reputation, they are known for their high-quality service and offer a fantastic office environment and workplace culture that they credit a lot of their success to. This role is a temporary position, working Monday to Friday offering flexible start and finish times.

Your new role
Reporting to the Director, your duties will include:

  • Working with the senior management to roll out projects
  • Managing multiple busy and complex diaries
  • Organising meetings & events
  • Arranging travel
  • Preparing correspondence and assisting with reports
  • Managing spreadsheets

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as a Personal Assistant or personal assistant to a senior manager or higher is essential to success in this role. This is a busy role that requires someone who can build strong relationships and adapt to constant changes. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A strong track record of delivery quality, high level support to a senior manager/higher
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities
  • A proven ability to work collaborative with internal and external, providing support on multi-layered processes
  • Excellent full MS office suite capability
  • Understanding of federal or state government systems is desirable
  • Available to start immediately
