Your new role
Reporting to the Director, you will be joining the Wealth Advisory team where you will be;

  • Overarching the management by running team meetings and managing staff, supported by the existing directors
  • Being responsible for managing People and Culture matters, including recruiting new staff and advisors
  • Communicating across and within the division around policy changes, procedure changes and project outcomes
  • Promoting consistency in processes, best practices and procedures across the division and the firm where relevant
  • Overseeing staff training and coordinating staff training activities
  • Preparing regular reporting for the Wealth Advisory division and the firm
  • Undertaking special projects assigned for the Wealth Advisory division, such as improving client experience
  • Representing Wealth Advisory in external marketing activities and oversight the licence compliance
  • Supporting and assisting the Directors when needed

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, we are looking for a people leader along with:

  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager is essential
  • High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a financial planning firm is strongly preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and experience using Xplan
  • Diploma in Financial Planning is highly desirable
