Due to company growth we have recently created a great opportunity for a dynamic individual, seeking to develop their career within PRODUCTION. The role will be managing the product critical path and key stakeholders to achieve ‘on time’ delivery.

The successful candidate will also work closely with the buying team in all areas from raising purchase orders to sample management and beyond!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Critical path and production management 
• Monitor production progress from order confirmation to shipment
• Ensure on time delivery and zero defect
• Liaise with external production offices to ensure production space and materials are available to support budgeted and future demand
• Coordinate key stakeholders to reach target timelines 
• Accurately advise on lead times and cost estimates 

Forever Candidate

You have experience in a similar role and in particular have a good understanding of following a critical  path. Having exceptional organisation skills you can master multiple requests, with a composed persona as you manage the end to end tasks involved in production. Your high attention to detail ensures accuracy, whilst highlighting any challenges to stakeholder prior to them becoming an issue. 

Key Experience

• Proactive driver of sampling and production process
• Extensive understanding of all critical path elements and how they interact
• Effective planning and organisational skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
• Proven tenure within production from a womenswear apparel background
• Flexible and Adaptable- be able to re-prioritise workload based on business priorities
• Strong Communicator- ability to form relationships across the business.
