Production/QA Supervisor

Your new company

My client is a leading manufacturer of high quality panel tanks across multiple industries, including commercial, food manufacturing, water authorities and mining. For over 25 years, this organisation has been a market leading supplier of bespoke, high quality tanks. Manufactured in-house compliant to ISO9001 standards, you will be joining a highly skilled small team in search of their newest member.

Your new role
Working with a focus on quality in a hands-on capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring that incoming raw materials and outgoing product are compliant with organisational standards. Broadly speaking, your role will include:

• Leading the production team in a hands-on manner, with significant time on the shop floor
• Assisting in the ongoing development of QA systems
• Oversee accurate manufacturing in line with predetermined BOMs and drawings
• Respond to non-compliant register (NCR) and warranty issues ensuring excellent customer satisfaction

What you'll need to succeed:

• Background in Quality Assurance or Boilermaking
• Exposure to fabrication at a shop-floor level
• Ability to build and manage a team
• Exposure to ISO9001, with AS1554 highly regarded
• Full and unrestricted working rights
