About Our Client

Large Federal Government organisation looking for a project/program officer for immediate start for 6 month contract with extension

Job Description

• Regularly manage and review internal documents such as trackers, rosters, calendars, weekly reports and evaluations ensuring data accuracy and relevance
• Coordinating responses, collating information, and developing into a concise format for executives
• Develop and maintain the stakeholder lists
• Participating and assisting in contract management including procurement, tendering processes and monitoring deliverables
• Preparing and have input into briefings, presentations and other documentation for Senior executive engagements, Senate Estimates briefings, and other meetings/events as required

The Successful Applicant

• Have a current Baseline Clearance
• Federal Government experience in program management, project management, coordination and reporting
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and written communication skills

• Demonstrated planning and organisational skills, including ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities and delivering work to a high standard with good attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in working in a diverse team in a dynamic, complex and changing environment

• Federal Government experience of program, contract and/or grant management.
