Full job description

Randstad are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team.

We are actively recruiting across the following specialisations;
Banking, Finance and Accounting
Digital, Sales, and Marketing
Construction, Property and Engineering

You will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships as well as building your own network of clients and candidates. The position will be focused on growing your brand in the market and becoming an expert in your industry sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility of the 360 recruitment process
  • Candidate and client management
  • Maintain an effective database of clients and candidates
  • Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, LinkedIn and job boards to attract talent.
  • Preparing contract and onboarding documentation
  • Undertaking negotiations of terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances
  • Candidate sourcing and screening in line with job requirements and job briefs.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process

About you

To be successful you will have a minimum of two years previous recruitment experience locally or overseas and you will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients. Ideally you will have experience in business development as well as superior candidate management. You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong internal and external business relationships. Position: Full Time

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + superannuation
