Remuneration Analyst

Your new company
You will be joining a luxury cars retail based in Parramatta, who has multiple sites across Australia and New Zealand.

Your new role
As a Remuneration Analyst, you will evaluate the reward structure to optimize recruitment and retention, as well as:

• Analysing salary benchmarking surveys
• Conducting job evaluations
• Identifying and advising on remuneration and benefits trends
• Supporting other HR projects, such as training managers on the performance review process

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as well as:

• A sound understanding of statistical principals and strong numerical reasoning
• Advanced use of Excel
• Knowledge of the Hay or Mercer job evaluation methods is advantageous, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
