Roles like this don’t come along very often, the successful candidate will be joining a small but very fast growing dynamic B2B e-commerce team that is transforming the way our Independent Retailer’s browse, select and order products and services that support the growth of their Retail businesses.
Reporting to the Retailer Support Lead, the Retailer Support Coordinator will be responsible for onboarding Independent Retailers to our new B2B e-commerce marketplace as well as a full range of customer service functions that enable sustained growth for Retailers, Suppliers and Metcash.
Our B2B marketplace enables Retailers to buy the products and services important to them and their customers. The Retailer Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role articulating the benefits of our marketplace to Retailers and enabling their full adoption.
