The primary objective of this role is to deliver improved revenue growth and margin within all our sectors using creative strategies. You will lead the design and implementation of sales plans to optimise the performance of our highly talented sales team to drive profitable growth throughout the region.

You will be joining a management team who lead-by-example and who thrives on sharing their knowledge and experience in order to see their team grow and develop. 


  • You will have experience in business-to-business sales in high-volume, consumable products within the cleaning, healthcare, hospitality, or safety industries. Experience in other industries where you have had to work with consumable products from initial product cost to customer pricing will be very valuable
  • You will be an independent self-starter who takes ownership, works efficiently autonomously, and appreciates working in a team environment.
  • You'll possess excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills, and be a confident and effective communicator.
  • Your exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills will allow you to contribute to a positive team environment and deliver the high-quality service that our diverse portfolio of clients is accustomed to.
  • Your natural drive, motivation, and resilience will equip you to meet and exceed sales targets and customer expectations alike.
