Senior Payroll Officer

Your new company
You will be working within a large and experienced payroll team for a leading service provider that's close to transport links and nice restaurant locations. The office culture pride themselves on being collaborative, mentoring and friendly. This is a great opportunity for you to maintain and develop your outsourced payroll vendor management whilst your company continues to transition with the new normality of post covid life kicking in. You will be ensuring the off-shore payroll team keep on task with their everyday duties as well as maintaining your stakeholder management/networking skills.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• Assist with adhoc payroll duties and backlog
• Payroll ticketing inquiries
• Report extracting + date entry
• Knowledge/exposure to end to end payroll processes
• Mon and fri in office

What you'll need to succeed
Desirables:

• Knowledge of pay runs if necessary
• Eagerness to assist with backlog projects
• Excel knowledge and willingness to do extensive data entry and reporting
