Your Impact!

As a teacher at Goodstart Kenmore, you will inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.  

About our Centre - We are a 75 Place services located in a leafy residental area, close to schools and local amenities. We believe that children's theories and ideas are an important part of our curriculum. Our environment encourages the children to self-select experiences that will further their learning and their natural sense of curiosity. The children are encouraged to create, build and explore their individual needs and become active learners.  Outside, we have age appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children's awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability. We have a teach of qualified and passionate educators with a strong leadership team. 

You’ll help achieve this by :  

• Having a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA Equivalent OR studying towards your qualification
• Having passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
• Having initiative to drive innovation within the Centre
