Technical Implementation Lead

With a large number of projects underway in 2022, an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Technical Implementation Lead has become available offering flexible working arrangements.

Your new role
As a Technical Implementation Lead you will be supporting the business through a large information management system implementation. You will influence and guide stakeholders and vendors to drive the project from the initial planning and design through to completion while ensuring the solution and architecture is aligned with the business requirements.

You will utilise your technical understanding as well as your understanding of the project lifecycle to adjust and deliver in an ever changing environment. You will bring project management toolsets and professional qualifications to this opportunity to ensure successful delivery, technical cutover and transition to service.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a Technical and/or Implementation Lead with a focus on information system implementations
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and an ability to work to project roadmaps and report status updates
• Drive successful outcomes by engaging and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors whilst managing the impact caused by change
• Previous experience working external vendors and understanding of research will be highly regarded
• Professional qualifications in Project Management (e.g. Scrum, Agile, Prince2)

The initial contract term is 6-7 months with a competitive day rate. While this client is based in NSW, you can be based anywhere in Australia (working to east coast time lines).
