Fair Dinkum Builds - A member of the Fletcher Building Group is a leading distributor of residential garages and carports, barns, farm sheds, industrial and commercial buildings and is widely acknowledged as one of the largest networks of Cold Formed Steel Building distributors in Australia.
Due to the continued growth of our Fair Dinkum Builds business, were searching for an experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Knoxfield. This is a critical role which will become the interface between the Fair Dinkum Sheds business and our distributor network across the Southern Region covering Victoria, Tasmania & South
The success of the Territory Manager will see significant growth and loyalty across our current distributor network and the development of a pipeline of high potential future distributors. Delivering on outstanding DIFOTIS is a key priority of Fair Dinkum Builds and this role will be a key conduit in ensuring our customers are receiving the highest possible outcomes from our distributor network.
You will demonstrate recent working history in a business to business relationship management position, ideally with experience gained in a complex distributor network model. You will be a master of relationships, ensuring retention and growth are at the heart of all conversations. You will be a natural born communicator with unrivalled abilities to influence and build credibility quickly.
Our appointed applicant will understand the importance of solution selling coupled with a technical mindset and unrivalled commercial acumen. We are seeking a self-driven professional with proven success in navigating differing personalities and building strong relationships.
