Role Description:
This is a traineeship receiving a Certificate IV in HR/Recruitment. Learning all aspects of recruitment from, screening/interviewing employees, account management, sourcing specific skill sets and interpreting awards and EBA's
Training & Responsibilities include:
• Learning to identify quality applicants (Interview, reference checks etc) and progress them through Protech's on boarding platform
• Learn about safety management systems and how to conduct safety activity on site
• Learn how to interpret modern awards and agreements
• Attend external and internal meetings, workshops and RTO training as required
Candidate Requirements:
• Willing to commit to completing a Certificate IV
• Uphold Protech purpose and values
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with people of all backgrounds in a labour hire/recruitment environment
• Drivers license and white card would be advantageous
