Transport Transition Leader

Our client is currently going through an exciting period of change within their cold chain network where they are onboarding a new transport partner to complete deliveries throughout their NSW network.

They are seeking a passionate Transitions Leader to help manage the onboarding of their new transport partner and departure of the incumbent in a 6-10 month contract role.

What will you be doing?

• Setting timelines and tracking progress ready for go-live of transitions later this year
• Engaging with new transport providers via structured weekly meetings
• Analysing data to help provide clarity to transport partners on queries
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure risks are addressed
• Visiting different sites across the business to gain scope of works and understand the business in detail

What do you need?

• Experience in Transport onboarding desirable
• Project management experience within an FMCG environment desirable
• Excellent stakeholder engagement
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and drive outcomes
