ACT government to offer free marriage certificates for same-sex couples who wed when briefly legal in Canberra

Same-sex couples who wed while gay marriage was briefly legal in the ACT will be able to get a free marriage certificate if they marry again, in celebration of the passage of the marriage equality bill.
