Two ActewAGL contractors skimmed customers' accounts for some $13,000 before quitting their jobs and booking a trip to Las Vegas the same day, court documents allege.

Taylor Jade Geoghegan, 20, and Jessica Kate Anderson, 29, were contractors employed on the energy company's service centre staff, where they were expected to answer calls and manage accounts.
It's alleged they looked for accounts in credit and then saved the personal details. They then arranged for the credit to be refunded into various bank accounts, including one belonging to Ms Anderson.
It's alleged that Ms Anderson at times pretended to be a customer to request a transfer of funds, providing a customer's identification details such as a birthday to the call operator when requested.
The documents note that all of ActewAGL's calls are recorded.
Police say a review of two phone calls revealed a person purporting to be one customer was very different to the legitimate customer.
"It is also noted Ms Anderson in call six has a very distinctive voice," the documents say, "this distinctive voice in call six is similar to the female pretending to be [a customer] in call seven.
In another phone call it's suggested Ms Anderson used an accent.
"A review of the phone call nine reveals the person purporting to be representing [customer] Thales Australia has a similar voice to Ms Anderson despite her putting on an American accent."
Both women resigned from the recruitment service on May 10. The same day the two women bought plane tickets to the USA.
Police are looking into the funds used to buy the tickets.
Ms Anderson is charged with 15 counts of fraud. Ms Geoghegan is charged with 15 counts of being knowingly involved in the fraud.
It's alleged the pair took some $13,000 over several months.
The documents suggest the alleged fraud started to unravel when a customer called and asked why a refund had appeared on her bill.
She did not authorise the transfer and wanted the account in credit.
Ms Geoghegan appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday where she applied for bail. Prosecutors opposed her release, noting some of the transactions happened after the woman had resigned, suggesting she still had access to customer details.
But Magistrate Robert Cook granted the request, on condition she surrender her passport and not go near airports. She's also not to contact a list of people, including her co-accused Ms Anderson.
Ms Geoghegan, of Theodore, did not enter pleas on Friday.
Ms Anderson, 29, of Gungahlin, was arrested and brought to court earlier this month when she did not enter pleas nor apply for bail.
The matters will return to court at a later date.
