Axel Sidaros, 24, appeared at the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday facing charges including attempted murder, arson, firearm possession, trespass, discharging a firearm at a building, and intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm.

He has pleaded not guilty.

Mr Sidaros was arrested in September at Melbourne Airport when he was attempting to board an international flight to Abu Dhabi.

He is accused of shooting up and firebombing a rival bikie's home.

Mr Sidaros is alleged to be one of four Comanchero-linked men who attacked the Calwell home of the club’s former ACT chapter president about 10.45pm on June 28.

Footage of the incident was published by ACT police, showing petrol being poured on three vehicles when the armed men spot rival, Peter Zdravkovic, inside the home.

It is alleged Mr Sidaros was carrying the shotgun.

A firefight breaks out, and police allege Mr Zdravkovic armed himself with a rifle and returned fire.

Police have alleged the attack was part of a bikie feud in the ACT after an internal split in the Comanchero chapter earlier this year.

Police said the Canberra Comancheros had split into two blocs, with one faction then cutting ties with the Comanchero and linking up with the Finks.

Mr Sidaros will appear at the ACT Supreme Court on December 13.
